A memorial service for Richard E. Kopp,
80, of Jeffersonville, IN will be at 2 PM on Tuesday, September 18, 2018
at Kopp’s Lakes, 521 Kopp Rd. in Clarksville, IN. All friends and
family are welcome. Richard passed away on September 14, 2018 at his
home.
Richard was born on November 27, 1937 to
the late Clayton “Pete” and Frances Lucille Kopp. He was superintendent
at Ford Motor Kentucky Truck Plant where he retired. He has been known
for his exceptional aviation skills, flying both airplanes and
helicopters throughout his life. He was a co-owner of M & K Aviation
in Jeffersonville. Richard also had a passion for fishing, and spent
his retirement in Zapata, Texas on the lakes doing what he loved.
